Privacy Policy for Attendance Programs

  • Pre-registration is a prerequisite for attending in-person training programs.
  • The participant is required to attend at least 80% of the training program time.
  • Participants have the right to withdraw 48 hours before the start of the course with a fee deduction of no more than 10%.
  • Registration applications that are incomplete or do not contain the correct participant information will not be accepted.
  • The institute reserves the right to amend implementation and attendance policies in the public interest.

Privacy policy for attending online e-learning courses.

  • Pre-registration is a prerequisite for attending online training programs.
  • The participant is required to attend for at least 80% of the training program time.
  • The participant in the training program forfeits the right to a refund of registration fees in the event of a high rate of absence, as well as obtaining the certificate without a legitimate excuse.

General Terms

The trainee undertakes that all data provided to us when registering for a training course or any of the services of the United Gulf Training Company is correct and is his personal responsibility, without any liability on the part of the company.

All training programs, exercises, and content available on the Institute’s website may not be copied, modified, distributed, broadcast, displayed, reproduced, published, licensed, transmitted, or transmitted in whole or in part, or in any form, whether in print or electronically, without prior written permission from the Institute. In cases of cheating, plagiarism, or breaches of electronic systems, the perpetrator will be subject to legal accountability.

In case of a complaint or suggestion, please contact the institute’s administration directly via the “Contact Us” page on the institute’s website, and a response will be provided within three working days, God willing.

Refund Policy

Trainees are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for enrollment in the institute’s training courses by contacting the institute via email through the “Contact Us” page and expressing their desire for a refund. This is only permitted if the request is submitted three working days before the course start date. The refund will be processed to the same bank account from which the payment was sent within 14 working days, minus bank transfer fees.

Trainee Suspension Policy

The institute has the right to prevent a trainee from entering the training or not to refund the registration fees if the trainee commits any of the following violations:

  • Recording, collecting, downloading, storing, uploading, printing, or retaining any information or content available on the website or training courses in any way other than as permitted by the institute itself in this regard.
  • If a trainee engages in any behavior that is offensive to the institute, it is considered a violation of the institute’s policy. In this case, the institute has the right to cancel the trainee’s subscription, not refund his fees, not issue the certificate, and take the necessary legal measures to protect the rights of the institute and its members.

Copyright

All content included on the official website owned by the Gulf United Company for Private Training “and/or the e-training system and/or mobile applications”, and not limited to texts, graphic designs, logos, button icons, symbols, audio clips, compiled data and electronic programs, is copyrighted by Taiba Higher Institute for Training, and is protected under copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights and laws.

Policy of cooperation with trainers

The trainer is responsible for preparing the training material, exercises, and illustrative examples, and must mention the references used in the training material and the presentation given to the trainees.

The institute provides some scientific references to assist trainers in preparing their training material.

The institute reviews the training material from a scientific point of view without interfering in the trainer’s choice of references used.

The institute undertakes the graphic design work for the training materials for the trainers, using the institute’s templates.

An agreement is made between the institute and the trainer for a specific period of time, usually (six months), during which the trainer undertakes to deliver the agreed-upon courses.

If the trainer is absent on one or some of the training days due to personal circumstances, the institute must be notified 48 hours in advance by email, and the cost of the days of absence will be deducted from him. The institute has the right to assign another trainer to deliver the same training material for the absent trainer on his behalf, without any claims, financial, moral, or legal obligations to the institute.

If the trainer requests to be excused from completing the training courses during the time period agreed upon in the contract, the institute has the right to assign another trainer to deliver the same training material on behalf of the trainer who apologized, until the end of the agreed contract period, without any claims, financial, moral, or legal obligations being made against the institute.

If the trainees give the trainer an evaluation of less than 70%, the institute will send the evaluation to the trainer and settle his financial rights for the training days he provided. The institute has the right to terminate the agreement contract immediately and without recourse to the institute for any claims, financial, moral, or legal obligations.

The trainer is not allowed to use the training materials on templates, graphics designs, and the institute’s logo to provide them to any other party.

The institute is committed to transferring the trainer’s fees after the completion of the agreed training program, within a maximum of five working days.

The trainer fully understands the nature of the work in the field of training. Therefore, in the event that the minimum number of trainees is not completed to hold the training course, the institute will inform the trainer by email 48 hours before the start of the course. The trainer has no right to claim any financial, moral, or legal obligations from the institute.

The trainer pledges to focus on the training material and not to address any political, religious or ethnic discussions.

Trainee rights

The training material will be sent to the trainee via the email address he registered with 24 hours before the start of the course.

The trainee receives a PDF copy of the ONLINE training material, with two slides per page, and it is sent to him via email or the WhatsApp number he registered.

The trainee is sent a link to the lecture recording for review and use for only 48 hours, and the link is deleted after that period.

The trainee receives a certificate of completion of the training course accredited by the institute, and it is sent to him via the email address he registered with, or via the WhatsApp number he registered with.

If the trainee requests a printed certificate, a fee will be added and it will be sent to him within three working days to the address he registered.

If a trainee registers other trainees to attend with him, he will receive a 10% discount for each trainee who registers for the course.

The institute offers an opportunity for outstanding trainees to participate in the trainers’ team after submitting an application to join the trainers’ team, passing the trainers’ selection criteria, and presenting a free two-hour ONLINE forum as a test.

The institute offers opportunities for outstanding trainees to publish their articles and enriching opinions on all topics that serve strategic management on the institute’s website.

Attendance check-in

Virtual Attendance Policy

The e-learning policy considers virtual attendance for various distance learning activities, using the various technological tools provided by our platform, as equivalent to traditional attendance in terms of passing grades, duration, and number of hours.

Attending courses virtually is equivalent to a regular trainee attending.

Note that courses in the asynchronous electronic format or blended learning for courses that last more than a month, provide attendance hours of no less than 25%.

Alerts (Notifications)

Notifications will be sent to the trainee upon registration for the programs, before the start of the program, during the program and after completion via email or mobile phone. Note that courses in the asynchronous electronic format or blended learning for courses that last more than a month offer attendance hours of no less than 25%.

The testing mechanism is either in person or electronically.

All courses that require exams will have their exams conducted in person at the institute’s premises.

General Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

This privacy policy helps you understand how we collect, use, share, store, and disclose the information we obtain from you voluntarily when you use our services.

The privacy of trainers’ and trainees’ data is extremely important to us, and we are committed to protecting it against any kind of unauthorized access. We do not publish or share any personal information except in cases where legally required.

This agreement is legally binding between you and the Gulf United Training Company. By using the institute’s services, you agree to the terms of this agreement. You should review this privacy policy in conjunction with the terms of use and any other policies we provide that govern your use of the institute’s services.

You should not use the Institute’s services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy and other Terms of Use.

This website does not aim to collect your personal data while you are browsing the site. Rather, the data provided by you with your knowledge and free will is only used to evaluate the experiences of trainers as well as the experiences of the trainee in order to provide him with the best training that suits his abilities and experiences, as well as to issue a certificate of attendance for the training programs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and password and for restricting who has access to your computer or our application. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that take place through your account or password. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Institute’s services except with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

The team at Gulf United Training Company has the right to communicate with trainers and trainees via SMS, WhatsApp, or email using the information you have provided to us.
